Floor and Lighting Grids for Studio B, Whitehead Hall

These grids are for plotting set pieces and lighting. They have been optimized to scale, so that you should be able to print them out, hold them up to light, and they will match.

These grids were handed out in TV Studio production classes. Note to TVR732 students: The grids handed out in class do not correctly line up. These grids have been corrected to properly line up.

I got so frustrated trying to use the hand-drawn grids I redid everything in Adobe Illustrator. They are also smaller downloads. (No offense intended to whomever drew those grids, they have been photocopied so many times, they don't really line up properly any more.)

These stencils will work with computer layout programs like Microsoft Visio (XP, Vista) or OmniGraffle (OS X). I don’t own a Windows machine, so I can’t develop stencils for Visio, sorry!
