A graduate of Fordham University, Jason McDonald has consulted for a number of corporations, political campaigns, and non-profits on a number of multimedia issues.
While he was in college, he worked on several audiovisual displays and presentations for clients like British Petroleum and National Geographic. Later he developed the first use of computers in New York State at Cornell Pediatrics to track the abuse of children using QuickTime movies and multimedia databases.
He started designing flyers, brochures and posters for a variety of clients, including magazine publishers, hospitals, and small businesses. He got involved in political campaigns, designing campaign communications materials, websites, and videotaping events.
Working for clients like Goldman Sachs and Smith Barney, he developed PowerPoint presentations for their mergers and acquisitions departments.
As the Media Specialist for the United Nations International School from 1996-2006, he not only taught the multimedia classes, he also videotaped all their events, webcast conferences from the floor of the General Assembly of the United Nations, provided multimedia support of all their special events, and designed many DVDs, brochures, flyers, posters, and websites.
Since 2002, he has owned and operated MFA Productions LLC.
